Asparagus: Grown on our own farm the operation is headed by a senior member of the management team directly on site. Farm fresh Asparagus is processed soon after harvesting and stored under conditions recommended by European Asparagus growers. The produce is transported to Colombo, the capital city in Sri Lanka, in refrigerated trucks to maintain product freshness. We strive to educate our hospitality customers and consumers on best practices in storage of fresh Asparagus, so that it’s enjoyed as fresh as possible.
